Our electron here on Earth 'knows where it is' in relation to the charged particles everywhere else, including those in the Andromeda galaxy. But it is at the very heart of the nature of feedback that it works both ways. If our electron knows where the Andromeda galaxy is, then for sure the Andromeda galaxy knows where our electron is. | |||
