[Carriere:] More precisely, [scientists] say, We lose track of the mind [after death], we don't see it anymore, we can no longer say that it survives the brain.

[Dalai Lama:] But perhaps one day they will know?

They hope so. In any case, they persevere in their research. They say they're just beginning.

Buddhists will always be ready to listen to them.

And to change their minds?
